By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You may still write by post to the registered office. The site is available so that people can read the company record and the postal address. It does not take enquiries online. Those photographs are used under the Unsplash Licence and remain the property of their photographers. You may read the pages and make a private copy for your own reference. You may not copy the site and present it as your own, and you may not present the photographs as projects of the company.

Third-party services

Links to Companies House, OpenStreetMap and Google Maps take you to other organisations. The embedded map, if you load it, is served by OpenStreetMap. Those services have their own terms. The company is not responsible for their content or availability. Hosting is provided through Cloudflare. That provider is not a party to a building contract.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to that, CHLOE CONSTRUCTION GROUP LTD is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general text of the website, from a photograph, or from a third-party website. Important instructions should be sent by post and should not be treated as delivered until the company acknowledges them. These terms do not affect any statutory rights that a consumer may have and that cannot be waived.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled as described in the website privacy policy and the cookie policy. The page at /app-privacy/ is a separate draft about mobile applications. It is not part of these website terms, and while it is marked as a draft it does not describe confirmed app practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of their home nation where the law gives them that right.
