CHLOE CONSTRUCTION GROUP

Website privacy policy

How this website handles personal information.

This policy describes the website of CHLOE CONSTRUCTION GROUP LTD. It was last updated on 28 October 2026. It does not describe a mobile application. The separate draft at /app-privacy/ is not a finished app policy.

Who we are

CHLOE CONSTRUCTION GROUP LTD is the controller for personal information collected through this website. The company number is 17537134. The registered office is 1st Floor, 41 Skylines Village, Limeharbour, London, United Kingdom, E14 9TS.

No data protection officer is named on this website. No privacy email address and no telephone number are published, because none have been configured for this site. Privacy requests are accepted by post at the registered office. That address was checked against the Companies House record for company 17537134 on 28 October 2026.

What this policy covers

It covers personal information processed when someone uses this website: the pages, hosting, and the optional map. It does not cover a contract for construction work, which would have its own paperwork if one is agreed. It does not cover websites you open from a link, such as Companies House, OpenStreetMap or Google Maps, once you have left this site.

Correspondence

This website does not collect enquiries through a form, an email link or a telephone number. None of those routes is published, because no email address and no telephone number have been supplied, and this copy of the site does not include a contact service.

You can write by post to the registered office. The letter goes to that address. This website does not receive it, store it, or pass it to an email or webhook service. There is no enquiry database. The site does not show a success message for a letter, because it never sees the letter.

This website does not send marketing messages. A letter is not an invitation to join a mailing list.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes connection data needed to provide the network. That can include your IP address, the date and time, the URL, and the user agent string. This project does not add a separate analytics store, and it does not enable Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not run a contact function.

Maps

The contact page shows the registered office in text and links to OpenStreetMap and to a Google Maps search. Those links do nothing until you choose them.

An embedded OpenStreetMap frame is available only after you press “Load the embedded map”. Until then, your browser does not request the map. If you load it, OpenStreetMap receives the technical data its service normally receives, including your IP address, and it may set cookies. See the cookie policy and the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

The marker is the published centre of postcode E14 9TS. It is an approximate location, not a surveyed entrance.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website’s own code does not set cookies. It does not use local storage, session storage or IndexedDB. It does not load analytics or advertising tags. Details, including the map, are in the cookie policy. There is no consent banner, because the site does not place non-essential cookies of its own. The map loads only if you ask for it.

Why information is used, and the lawful bases

  • To operate and protect the website, using connection data processed by the host. The basis is legitimate interests in keeping the site available and reliable (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  • To show the map after you ask for it. Loading the frame is your choice to contact that third-party service.

The website does not use personal information for marketing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by writing to the registered office. There is no automated decision that produces a legal effect or similarly significant effect.

A letter you post is handled at the registered office, not by this website. Where that letter asks about a possible contract, the company relies on steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Where it is a general question, the company relies on legitimate interests in answering people who choose to write (Article 6(1)(f)). This website has no copy of the letter against which those purposes can be checked.

Who receives personal information

Information is not sold. No advertising network and no analytics provider is installed. No email delivery service is used, because the site does not send messages. People who follow a link to Companies House, Google Maps or the Information Commissioner’s Office leave this site and are covered by that organisation’s own notice.

International transfers

Cloudflare may process connection data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. OpenStreetMap infrastructure may also be outside the United Kingdom if you load the map. The safeguards are those described by each provider, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an equivalent transfer tool where one applies. This website does not copy correspondence into a database of its own in another country.

How long information is kept

This website has no enquiry database and no analytics database. It does not keep a copy of letters sent to the registered office, so it does not set a retention period for them. A request to delete website information can be posted to the registered office. Connection logs are handled by Cloudflare under its service, not in an archive built for this site. The map request is not stored by this website.

Security

Pages are served over HTTPS when the site is deployed with a certificate. The pages do not contain delivery secrets, because they do not send messages to a delivery service. These measures reduce risk. They do not make transmission perfectly secure.

Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or special-category information such as health data in a letter unless you have a separate reason to do so. This website is not a channel for that information.

Your privacy rights

Under UK data protection law you may have the right to access personal information, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict it, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to receive certain information in a portable form. You may also complain and you may seek a remedy through the courts.

To use a right, write to the registered office and say which right you are using. We may need enough detail to find the information and to be satisfied about identity. The aim is to respond within one month, or to tell you if a lawful extension applies. Because this website stores no correspondence, a request about a letter has to be handled from the paper copy at the office, if one is still there.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint (opens in a new tab), or by post to Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF. You may complain to the ICO without using the company’s process first.

Children

This website is a business site about building construction. It is not directed at children, and it does not ask them for information. It has no form through which a child could submit details. If you believe a letter from a child has been sent to the registered office, write to that office and ask for it to be deleted.

Changes to this policy

If the way the website handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. The version you are reading is dated 28 October 2026.
