CHLOE CONSTRUCTION GROUP

Sheet 03 — Activities

The two construction activities.

CHLOE CONSTRUCTION GROUP LTD is registered for commercial building construction and domestic building construction. This page explains those activities. It does not add qualifications or services the company has not published.

Commercial building construction

This activity is the construction of commercial buildings. In ordinary language, that is the construction of buildings used for business and other non-domestic purposes, such as offices, shops and similar premises.

The examples describe the class of work. They are not a list of buildings the company has constructed, and they are not a promise that every commercial building type will be accepted.

What a letter should include

  • The site address and whether you control it.
  • The kind of commercial building.
  • Whether you are asking about construction of a new building.
  • Drawings, surveys or planning papers you already have, described rather than assumed.
  • Any timing you have in mind.

What a contract would need to fix

  • The scope of the building work.
  • Price, or the way the price is established.
  • Programme and access to the site.
  • Who obtains permissions, and who coordinates other consultants if any are appointed.
  • What “finished” means for that building.

Residential building construction

This activity is the construction of domestic buildings. In ordinary language, that is the construction of homes, such as houses and flats.

A house or a block of flats is domestic building work only to the extent a written contract says so. The company does not publish a catalogue of house types, and the residential photograph on the home page is not one of its homes.

What a letter should include

  • The address of the plot or building.
  • Whether the letter is about a house, a flat, or another domestic building.
  • Whether drawings or approvals already exist.
  • Any constraint you already know about access, neighbours or timing.

What this page does not confirm

  • That a plot already has planning permission.
  • That a warranty, accreditation or insurance policy is in place.
  • That the company has capacity for a given start date.
  • That any particular home has been built by the company.

Limits

Outside these two activities

This website does not offer architecture, structural design, interior design, building surveying or standalone specialist trades as separate services. If a building contract later includes coordination of work needed to construct the building, that coordination is a matter for the contract, not a service advertised here.

The company was incorporated on 23 October 2026. No completed commercial or residential scheme is presented on this website.
